 Systems to remove contaminants in virtually any environment are of great importance. The most common contaminants in gas streams beside water are the acid gases, hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and carbon dioxide (CO2). Other contaminants often encountered include carbonyl sulfide (COS), carbon disulfide (CS2), and mercaptans (RSH). There are several processes available to us like:
