Water injection:

Produced water:

 

  Is one of the main problems facing   the production of crude oil from oil reservoirs with high water cut. Water of high salinity and contaminated with oil must be disposed off without adverse effect to the environment.  One way of doing that is to re-inject the produced water back into the reservoir after removing all contaminants, bacteria and oxides. This process includes technologies such as:

• Free water knock out.
• Liquid/liquid hydro cyclones.
• Corrugated plate interceptors.
• Induced gas flotation systems.Duel flow medium filters.
• High pressure injectors.
